62T stator+flywheel on 61X e-box?

i have a 61X e-box with a rev-limit-modified 62T CDI in it, which is currently running with a 61X stator/flywheel combo in a 62T crankcase.

Can i swap the 61X stator/flywheel combo for a 62T combo? I know i can´t mix 61X and 62T stators/flywheels.

I ran 61x stator and flywheel with 62t cdi and then switched to 62t stator and flywheel without issue

Yes the only thing you must match is flywheel to stator everything else is compatible

This is just what I was trying to figure out. Sorry to thread jack but i have a 61x motor and all the electronics are stock 61x to my knowledge. I have no spark and wanted to try a 62t CDI and coil as I have those on the shelf. So I won't run into any issues installing a 62t CDI in a 61x ebox as long as the stator and flywheel are the same?

Very unlikely to be your cdi I check your earths first, if you have a multi meter check you have power to the coil when you hit start button , then check stator readings

The 6M6 , 61X and 62T cdi's are compatible and interchangeable with either f/w stator mix as far as I know and have done. Just one small point: The gender of the white/red stripe wire is different . You can change that. MSD enhancers are furnished with a small adapter pigtail for that reason.
