Super Jet 64x SN...Bought ski w/ TL MSD...want to go back to OEM. What electronics do I need??

I would like to go back to a charging system....as well as soften the hit of the motor. I bought my ski with the old single channel Pro-2 MSD total loss system and none of the OEM parts. I'll probably spring for a JSS coil and a lightened factory flywheel so I can find a happy medium performance wise.

I have a 64x but the flywheel cover is a superjet premix cover, certainly NOT the radically different 64x cover that has the stator bolted to it.

SO, question is...can I run a FULL 62t or 61x electronics set up? Are there differences between the two? Can I even run a charging set up (flywheel and stator) from a 62t or 61x on the 64x crank and cases?? Other than the start/stop switch and stater, I want to swap out every electrical component back to OEM so I'm not unsplicing the MSD out of my current wiring...hopefully I can find a good OEM used set up (or junk that I can have JSS modify).

How about any issues w/ ebox fitment between SN and RN?

I did some searching, but without any major success, to point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance! And if anyone is reading this and knows of a full OEM set up (ebox with in-tact wiring and connectors, stator, and flywheel) that someone has, I'm in the market :)

Thanks guys! I am going to give my ski a chance to get the fixed steer hood before making a final decision. I may still need to fork over big $$ to swap since I might need a programmable cdi in order to set my limit high enough or I may be looking at a repitch to keep rpm down. I ordered up a jetworks battery in the meantime to see how much life I can maximize without charging.
