650/X-2 650 sx hood question

I recently recovered my 650 plastic panels in the trey with carbon fiber vinyl and i tried to take off the panels on the hood but couldn't figure out how to get them off. Does anyone knows how to take them off or if you can.

it should just be the 2 screws, top and bottem i think

i know their is one on the bottom but where on the top

Scews are only on the bottom, then tap it up. They slid in a bracket just like the nose piece so don't try and pry.

Top of pad has a plastic pin protruding from the bottom that holds it in place. Pull straight up on it to remove it.
