650sx carb issues

Have a js550 I just finished swapping a 650 engine into. Ski fired right up and sounded great. Upon inspecting it I noticed fuel leaking from the bottom of the carb where it meets the intake manifold. Installed a new gasket and changed nothing. Carb is the stock Keihin cdk. Any help would be appreciated

Most likely a bad fuel needle but unless you have a way to check popoff you will never know for sure.

How does the throttle shaft play look on the carb?
