300/440/550 650sx steam/smoke

Took my 650sx out to the bay jesterday where the water was very warm but noticed an unusual amount of steam. I assumed that this is a result of warm water. But then I noticed VERY little water coming out of the pisser. It hardle sprays the slichtest bit, even when I give it gas. The pipe is not hot to the touch, But i'm still concernicus the spartan about this. Any way to change the water injection or is this OK?

Is the pisser the little dripping thing on the side ,,,, I do not have steam or anything but I haven't notice a stream of water coming from it either myself. I notice on some vids of newer model skis have good streams of water.. i am waiting to see the answer to this.

Fools! How insullent must you be to not answer my obvious questions! Haha. Also noticed that when running it in the yard, There is much less smoke/steam and it is all blue burn smoke, not like the white smoke on the lake. Anybody have the slightest clue?

whats your compression all so do you have dual cooling

I have 175 compression and not dual cooled ... stocked head

I have about 170 psi in each and everything is stock.

Make sure all the hoses are free flowing and clear of debris. I had that same problem and it turned out to be a clogged hose.

pull your water line off and blow through it if it is hard you need to clean it out. And do you still have the oil injection on it

Sorry for the dumb question :shhh:... but i have to ask ...

i am having a problem with 1 of my pissers.... when you say pull the water line and blow through it... pull it from where ? which connection ?

i have 2 pissers...the 1 on the right is shooting at least 10-15 inch's of water...the 1 on the left use to be around 3-4 inch's but now its spitting...

just blow through the pisser and if you ride in salt water and dont clean the salt dries and makes a very small hole if any

Make sure it pisses all the time. Sea weeds get in the line once in a while and can block the passages. If its not pissing, dont run it..... my advice to you all.

a blown head gasket can cause a pisser spit/sputter/steam
