701 Pro-tec pipe water lines HELP

Im fairly new to the PWC world so i need some help, installing a protec pipe on a stock single cooling 701 wave blaster. Does anyone know how or where the numbered cooling lines go?

Raw cooling water into 1.
Water from head into 4. Can put a t to a pisser on this line.
2 connects to 3.

You will have to play with settings. I have a flow control valve in hose connecting 2 to 3
to dry out the waterbox at low rpm, but that is in a SN SJ.
I also run a restrictor on the pisser

Finally getting around to work the the blaster, Thanks for your advice and sorry for the novice questions. 1 more question on what is the purpose of this small line i have circled?

For the stock pipe, you can cap it or send it to another pisser if you want to
