701 Starting Problem

I am starting to get real frustrated. The motor is a Jetmaniac 716 with Ada head. The motor has 185 compression, good spark, 4.6 ohms with meter shoved in the boots, swapped the plugs.
Fuel is getting good delivery seems a little wetter than I would expect normally. Ski still won’t start. Not sure where else to test. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Remove the plugs, spin it over , does any fuel mist come out, if so it's flooded , spin it over with the plugs out till it clears out , put the plugs back in, turn the gas to off , hold the throttle wide open , spin it over till it starts , if it does start it's time to find out why it's flooding in the first place , bad needle and seat is a good possibly.

Don't continue to ride it till it's fixed bad needles and seats make waterboxes explode, but don't worry you will know when it does.

An engine needs fuel, air, and ignition (in the proper form) to start/run. Follow each system and perform checks on each component in its entirety, even the stuff you think is dumb to check, you will find the problem.
