701 won't start

I have a 701 that won't start I have compression (180) both cylinders I have spark and when I put fuel straight into head it won't start. I tried everything I tested and replaced the solenoid . I tested computer box and I was getting mix readings on both back up and original computer I replaced stator but I am trying another one this week. I am thinking that I am not getting spark them inside the cylinder.
Any thought I'm pretty stumped with this

It's 62t with a 61x top end I had the flywheel off end lined up the wedge (half circle piece) for flywheel to go on only one why correct? And I have fresh 93 gas 50:1 mix and I sprayed starting fluid in cylinder to see if I'd get a fire but nothing

Does it even cough once? You have the stator properly lined up. Unplug black/white wire (kill switch), maybe it's messing with you, make sure idle is low before starting without switch.

No won't cough at all just sitting there and cranks i believe that the stator is lined up. If the the kill switch was messing with it wouldn't I have no spark at all? But I will try this is the stator on the motor

I am getting fuel. But if I spray starting fluid in the holes shouldn't I be getting come kind of combustion which in getting nothing. And that's why I am thinking that I'm not getting spark once plug are in but my cool pack is testing fine on the ohm reader

that is a scary looking aftermarket stator! Since you mentioned you have a 62T crank case, you prob. have a 62T flywheel. Should that stator pictured be for 61X, it would have a smaller diameter-

Try making the plug gap a little smaller. If you have strong blue spark outside the engine, I find it hard to believe it's getting blown out by compression but it's a possibility.

Yeah man, something is missing, what's your elevation, the moon? Should be getting the whole operation. So according to your checklist you have:
Spark
Fuel
Air
Compression

You might have compression, but how about a sound crankcase, might have to do a leak down test. Others could chime in.

Sounds like to me that the only think you can't measure is the spark, so it will be hard to role it out. I had skis work on the hardest to see sparks so I don't think it's that considering it sounds like you easily see it. I am just curious if your timing is correct. Should be able to start that thing on 1 cylinder.

So a little update the bitch runs. I pulled fly wheel and tried to put a 61x flywheel on didn't fit making the stator a 62t with my 62t flywheel. I pulled stator and put a 61x with a 61x flywheel and started up first push of the button. Having said the stator that I bought think was good after ohm testing it was bad. Gonna take it out After work trw let you guys know. Thanks for all the help guys greatly appreciated it
