Well the exhaust head pipe bolts backed out on my wet factory pipe. I need a new exhaust gasket and bolts for head. Any idea where I can get one and what the price would be. Thanks

www.factorypipe.com go to contact us call and ask but i am pretty sure they have the gaskets and bolts as long as the threads are original and not tapped or helicoiled or go to a fastener place 10mm x 1.25 x 50 Flanged head cap screw and the gasket is the same as on a 650sx stock manifold
I'm not sure where to get the gasket anymore because I used to buy them off of Surfjetlouie (RIP) and Superjett-113 who doesn't sell them anymore.
However, if your bolts backed, chances are your threads in the manifold are getting weak and oversized and won't hold as well as they used to. I would try permanent loctite or JB weld on the threads when you get your new gasket. If they back out again, you will need to install helicoils or timeserts or you will forever be replacing gaskets and cutting your rides short. Trust me, I've been there.
Did you lose the bolts? If you still have them, you can pretty much guarentee they are still good and it's the manifold that caused the problem.

I ordered the gasket and a bolt from Factory Pipes today. Only one bolt because I had lost one a couple of years ago and replaced it with a non flanged. Parts should be here in 5-10 business days. :frown: However I just took all the nasty purple trim off and will be ordering some B-stock Hydro-Turf in the morning. Hope it all gets here around the same time.
