My 750 SP motor will turn over but will not start. I feel like I have checked everything and I am stumped. It doesn't appear to be getting any spark. This motor has been a nightmare with things going wrong and I really want to get this thing running soon. I have changed the coil, swapped to a new ebox, new bendix, new starter, new battery cables, msd plug boots, multiple spark plugs... The only thing I haven't messed with is the stator. Is it common for these to go bad? Could that be causing my spark issues? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Regrettably, back in my 750SX days, I had a flywheel fail- the magnet strip sort of delaminated. You should be able to check for proper resistance of stator coils with meter.
Stator is located inside front cover.

start stop switch. its common problem i have found on my kawasaki's def check that first it will crank but will not start with no spark if the switch is bad

Check the resistance of the blue and green wires at the connector going into the ebox should be 800-1200 ohms. Then check for AC voltage while cranking should see atleast 250mV. Stator (pulse coil) failure was pretty common on Kawis.

92 thru 94 kawi 750 stators were junk. 99% of no spark conditions are due to a bad stator. i sell the :):):):) out of those locally. very easy to test. ohm meter across the red and purple wires. i'll bet money it shows an open circuit. also if the starter bendix starts to come apart, the pieces will fly around in there and take the stator out. check for debris floating around in there also.
