SX/SXi/SXi Pro 750 stater failure

I'm having constant stator issues (no spark) with both of my 750 ignition systems. one is all stock 1995 750 sxi, the other is 1987 850 swapped X-2 running a 1995 sxi ignition with timing advance plate. both eat through stators in 2-10 hours of ride time. i have tried both OEM stators and aftermarket, oem lasts a tad longer (duh) but still fail within a few hours. between the two skis, i have gone through 7 stators in 2 years. Im about to sell both skis out of frustration.

they do not restart after cooling down.

i have tried new cdi, new regulator/rectifier, new ignition coil, new plug boots, new start stop switch, new battery, everything really, and they still fail. i heard they were unreliable, but no way they could be this bad. all listed ebox parts i replaced have been swapped with both oem and aftermarket....same results.

Although its not my charging coil that fails, the time i replaced the regulator/rectifier at the same time as the new stator, it lasted the longest out of any of them but it still failed within 10 hours.

has anyone experienced this? i am aware of jet ski solutions but fear i'll spend the money for nothing.

I had a problem with now spark. I was told it was the stator. Turns out it was a band pin on the coil. Cut it off and replaced it and then i had spark. The next I my volt regulator was fried along with stator. I replaced both with used parts and now it runs fine. I guess ground was the issue cleaned it up and bolted it up tight haven't had problem since
