750 X2 water routing???

I prefer to run parallel cooling on my skis. 1 line feeding the bottom of the exhaust manifold, the other going into the bottom of the headpipe. Outlet on the head goes to a tee with one side going to a pisser, the other going to a flow control valve then to the stinger. Top of the headpipe straight to a pisser. Also insert a small piece of fuel line on the outlet of the headpipe.

The theory plbehind parallel cooling will allow the headpipe to run cooler because you have ambient water temp feeding the headpipe that isn't preheated through the engine first. Also allows the water screws to be a little drier. The flow control valve off the outlet of the head instead of the headpipe is this will keep constant pressure on the headpipe which makes for a better spray pattern into the exhaust stream. I set all of my skis this way.

Don't need dual cooling at all unless you maybe ride in bath water. Better to run dual both to bottom of the exhaust manifold to make sure the motor always gets water. That way if the pipe don't get cooled, you'll smoke an exhaust coupler instead of the motor. Use restrictors at pissers if necessary to keep the motor temp at about 150. Watch pissers to make sure water is flowing
