hi guys just bought my first ski and its well and truly stuffed didnt even get to ride, basicly had sand all throu the cooling system pulled exhaust apart flushed it all with clr (calsium,lime remover) left it pumping throu the block with a small pool pump for 5 hours, removed all the limescale amd sand, and connected to the engine is what i thought was a comoression release valve, but read another post and its the flooded valve is that correct

Most people tend to remove them as they leak air in when they get older and cause the motor to be lean, if you have to remove the engine or the exhaust to get everything working again I would get a block off plate for it, there are other methods that people use as well though.

seeing as its going in a mini buggy now coz the hulls not alot of cop i can fabricate a plate because it does leak alot does any one know the engine

Like know where that exact engine came from? or know small pin Kawasaki 750 engines in general? It looks like a standard small pin Kawasaki 750 out of a 750sx, based on exhaust manifold direction and being a single carb motor.

If you do a google search for "crankcase block off" you will see what the standard ones look like, I know some people also tap the holes and just throw 8mm bolts in them.

Im not sure how you are planing on doing the drive in your mini buggy but I wouldn't put a clutch on the end of the crank because its not really strong enough for that. you'd be better off finding an engine with a water pump and a nice beefy PTO on the crank, Not saying it can't be done. I actually thought of doing something similar years ago but decided against it due to these limitations, and we have snowmobiles here and engines are plentiful for them because we also have trees and beer

seen a few on youtube buggy weighs 130kg i was going to put a torque converter or centrifugal clutch on the crank already have a low power consumption water pump with adjustable lpm, out here in tge dry country of australia its all peegravel so its not under a huge load asmuch as grass or dirt
