760 cases to 701 62t cylinder with a 64x head will it work

It will work , may be a tad low on compression because of the bigger dome size.

It depends on what you need to mount to the head , what pipe are you running ?

If it's the stock pipe you need a 62T or that 64X head to mount it up,
