Square nose 787 superjet. Been working on this ski on and off for a few months now. Got it for 350 bucks COMPLETELY water logged. Always wanted to toss the 787 in a true light weight stand up (unlike the 3d) the square nose offers a load of room to for fitment. Custom made mid shaft. More to come hope y’all enjoy

I knew that exhaust was going to be a tight fit, what are you doing for a muffler-waterbox ?

So is that the Stock OEM Squarenose Yamaha Midshaft with a Seadoo Coupler? The Seadoo Coupler threads right in?

That is a Seadoo XP - HX- 3D driveshaft coupler setup, I am pretty sure those were splined couplers though, not threaded . That being said alignment is going to be critical if it is screwed to that driveshaft maybe he had the Superjet driveshaft cut for splines.

Sea doo uses a hardened steel insert to the aluminum coupler. Had it threaded to the shorter Yamaha mid shaft

My local machine shop cut and treaded the steel insert of the seadoo coupler. He built me a drive shaft for my 1100 hx and was real good

I have a rrp box that fits right where the stock yami e box would go. The pipe set up reminds me a lot of a 750 sx in routing
