After spending the last few years developing, and building huge crazy motors, we went back to the basics, and applied some of the information gained from the big motor experience.

What we have here is 82mm pistons on a lightened etc. 8mm stroker. ( 803cc )
This is our CNC machined billet cylinder, and head with off the shelf ADA domes.
Outta the machine with our exact porting specs.
The custom xscream sleaves used start at 81mm and you can bore up to 85mm, netting 862cc.
Other parts used are: 46mm super BN's, MSD Enhancer, and TBM flywheel

Our philosophy with this is, you can spend the same amount of $$ on a 8mm crank as a 5mm.
The cost of the cylinder is quite competitive, but the work is done, no extra porting or adjusting necessary.
Plug n Play

After testing the engine over the last few days with pump setups used in the past, it has totally overpowered them, Great sign :)
Now were nailing down a setup that can be shared with whoever runs the motor.
Right now thats a stock pump, & TBM stuffer.
The motor is in a New 08 SJ reinforced with all our goodies, and will be on display at our booth in Havasu.
Were trying to come up with inexpensive setups, that take out any guess work.

Hope you like :)

Is this a different cylinder than the 1000cc model?

Does the headpipe need clearanced for use on your cylinders??? It looks almost like it doesn't, that would be sweet!!!

Just curious questions!

That must be the RRP ski in the background, has FS-1 on the side and the bottom back of the hull has an upward cut to it like BUN's hull.

Oh, was this about an engine?

if you go back and look at the pics, you can see that they use a spacer between the head pipe and manfiold to add clearance.

plus the spacer between the cylinder and the manifold.
Which begs the question, why didn't they machine that into the cylinder? Exhaust gaskets are too expensive to use two of them. Maybe they o-ringed the spacer to the cylinder though...?

The major differences are in the cooling, porting, outside shape, and weight.

We actually use the DASA PV housings...there the bomb

Right now only PV. I guess that would drop the price even more if you didn't need valves ... we'll see.

To answer the other question asked....it is exactly the same as the 1000
only smaller sleeves different porting specs...etc

Any idea on what kind of horsepower this powerplant produces?
