828 HEAD ISSUES

I have a 828 with a wamiltons head on 110 race gas im making between 220 and 240 psi of compression both sides but cant keep orings in dome both cylinders have been decked new domes and squish is .068 it burns up the rear oring most of the time I am lost for whats wrong with it
 
You have new domes, but what about the head shell? It's rare, however, it can wear too. letting the domes recess too far. Your squish is about 0.020" more than customary, but that should not cause your issue. I trust you're using Viton o rings, not something with a lower temp rating.
