90 SN stock slipping or spinnig out from dead stop to plain???

The grate and impeller are stock and my SN is for lack of a better term is spinning its wheels then catches and shoots out of the hole? Now my girlfriend did get a small pencil sized stick caught up but we stopped riding and removed it. Please help.

same thing happened to me yesterday while riding on Beaver Lake.

I have a nice hole where the stick shattered my reduction nozzle on the pump.

Check your impeller for damage. What may seem like minor dings in the leading edge can really screw up the flow through the pump.

Sounds like the pump is not pressurizing. Possibly check the pump seal or damage to the stator veins.
