91 SN Worx 242 Grate?

I just checked out my intake grate for the SJ and found out that the PO put on a Worx 242 on it thats for a Rickter hull. It sits pretty nice in the hull, was just wondering if that 242 and 201 are similar in ride style or I am sacrificing something by going with that 242?
