93 blaster

found that water is pumping into front cylinder. could this be a cracked head or possibly just a blown head gasket? any chance water lines are not connected correctly.just picked up this blaster and not familiar with it. does have a riva pipe.where should i start?

Pull the head and you should be able to tell one way or another. Very likely the gasket. Might want to consider putting on a high compression head while you have it apart. Decent bang for the buck if you get a used one or have the stock one milled and recut.
