Blaster 96 blaster 1 carb help please!!!

I have a 96b1 that i am having trouble tuning the carbs, i am new to carb tunning and am compleatly lost1
I have the machine set up with fresh bore 81.5 mm pro x pistions ,ada head 35cc domes with girdled head factory pipe limited, dual cooling, solas 144 mag pump, hooker 10/16, tuceti filters , riva grovy and intake , lightened flywheel , 62t igniter, GROUP K air fuel seperator, tiny tach.

the carbs are stock 38 mm with the chokes 72.5 low 140 high 1.5 needle and seat, gold springs pop off at 55.
the problem i am haveing is that the machine will not go wot 75% / 100% rpm instantly drops.

i have tried diferent jets but it seems to always go lean as if there is not enough fuel in chamber...

any ideas im stumped????

thanks,
i put the 2.0 in tonight i will try it in the morning.
do you think i could run a smaller jet size 130 or a 135 to leave fuel more for the high speed screws ?
i think i tried the 2.0 before i srewed up my motor.
as i had instaled a msd enhancer and it got hot/lean and i did not have dual cooling at the time.

your pop off is really high for aftermarket flame arresters. Usually this only affects like from ide to 1/2 throttle but I thought I'd mention it. Someone else care to chime in if this could be an issue?

Thanks for the info guys, i tried the 2.0 n/s and did not get any better so i put in 75 low 135 high 1.5 n/s and 95 gram springs and it is a big change for the better.
its close but still not able to hold peak rpm at wot.
i would like to try a 132.5 high and 75 low or a 132.5 and 77.5 low.
also do you guys think i should lower my springs to 80 gram will it alow more fuel in the chamber?

I no loner have a fresh bore it shut down on me tonight when i backed off the trigger siezed rear piston.
i was running
1.5 n/s
95 gm springs
75 low 1 turn out on front 1 1/4 rear
135 high 1 1/4 turn out on front 1 1/2 rear
any sugestions????

Are you saying the current pop off pressure is 55psi? How are you checking that.

What you have is a typical limited setup. The FP recommend jetting is pretty much spot on. Sounds to me like you have other issues going on. Did you check the internal fuel filters in the fuel pump side of the carbs? When was the last time you rebuilt the carbs?

I am using a pop off gage to check pop off.
yes i did rebuild the carbs and did replace the filters. (i am running a mikuni remote fule pump)
i have repaired the engine and am going to try wamiltons sugestion
1.5 n/s
75 low
135 high
and the spings he sent me. pop off checked out at 32 psi.

yes your right the old jeting used to work before i rebulit the carbs!!
at the time that i rebuilt the carbs i also put in a msd enhancer and had the flywheel lightend.
the first problem that i had was the cooling system was not capable of handeling the extra heat that was generated from using the msd and dammaged the engine.
so i had the engine bored out removed the msd put the stock 62t ignition back in replaced the head with a ada 35 cc dome solas mag pump group k air fuel seperator with remote fuel pump and put in duel cooling ect.
i have looked many times at the carbs and cant find what i may have done wrong.
when i rebuilt the carbs i used an air hose, is it possibe that i blew out restrictors???
i would like to thank all of you that have responded to my post....
