Super Jet 99 superjet loses spark when i shut it off after ridding please help

so after about 30 min of ridding ill shut my ski off and it was running great no bogging or misfire and then when i go to restart the ski shortly after i have no spark until i get it cooled down. i have tested the kill switch its fine and i took apart the e box and found water in it so i took everything apart and cleaned a everything went out for a ride and same symptoms the stator was bone dry pleas help Thanks Dan

What color wires do I check resistance on

brown to black is the charge coil= 545 ohm or at least over 500. white to black is pulser coil=14.5 ohm (your 62T stator)

So I just did the black and brown and got a read of 523 and the black to white and got 14.5 should I look mor towards the coil?

523 ohm for the charge coil is still within specs, but may not work with a MSD enhancer. Yes it could be your coil, however a stator reading can- in rare instances- give you a false positive (after it heats up during use)
