AC or UMI sj pole?

Which one is better? I'd be getting either in -2". I'm limited to those two poles since they are the only ones i can get at cost from work.

Do either need anything else to be mounted? I already have a UMI standard height pole mount and UMI steering.

I use a -3" AC pole, but that seamed to be poorly made IMO. My next pole will be an X-Metal for sure!!!!

Oh, and you shouldn't need anything else to mount on the UMI bracket. Either will work... you might want an aftermarket spring though.

I just put a -2 X-metal pole on my SX-R and it rocks. I am either going to corsans inlet or barnaget this weekend if you want to try it out.

Greg. Xmetalworks.com Those Poles and stearing put you in great body postition for alot of tricks. I have on been on my new boat twice and already notice a difference of my riding improving.

D slicker, Surf is great. If you rip. let me know. I am hitting seaside on Sat. and maybe sunday too... :biggrin:

thanks for the invite man, but i have to work tomorrow and i have to work on modifying my double trailer into a triple sunday.

will the x-metal pole bolt up to the umi bracket? or would i need the x-metal bracket?

you could, but spend the extra $100.00 for the bracket to get the full benifit of the setup..

hmmm i think the pole will have to wait until after lanier then. i forgot i'd need a chinpad too. hopefully the stock pole will hold up until then.
