I'm trying to install my girdled head but I don't have the instructions and I can't get the Ada site to work. If anyone has the install instructions please post them for me.

What do you need to know? Its pretty straight forward. Here are the torque specs:
-Head: 18 ft lbs
-Girdle: 23 ft lbs
-Head: 18 ft lbs
-Girdle: 23 ft lbs
