Bought a 1993 Yamaha Superjet for $800 on CL. Here's what it looked like when I first got it.

Motor and everything else pulled from the hull.

Bond line filled

Hull cleaned, sanded, and starting on the fiberglass reinforcement.

Fiberglassing of the hull finished.

Reinforcing nose

Old handle pole, replacing with hazard bracket and a shortened round-nose pole

Hazard bracket.

Nose-piece getting glassed.

Chinpad glassed

Old handlebars and pole.

New bars, chinpad, grips.

Air holes glassed

fiberglass hood liner

Hood mods.

Air holes glassed

Hood primed.

Hood painted.

Old turf pulled from the tray.

New turf.

Footstraps.

Old Motor (650)

New motor (701).

everything back in the hull

Clean work !!! Love the hood exactly the way i did mine, small recommendation get 2 Louvered vents for the hood openings tray side, easy, cheap..

They really helped me have less water intrusion with same amount of air flow

Cool idea orangefinger. So far, with deeps subs etc, the ski seems to stay very dry. Compared to my SN with dual bilges and stock hood, this one almost doesn't need dual bilges.
