Super Jet Any low end out of this pipe?

Is there any way to get low end out of these pipes? i came across this riva pipe on ebay and just thought id ask

water injection system will get you some low end,but that pipe is alot of maintence

someone psoted that this same pipe and seller had issues and to stay away
saw it here or on pwc, not sure which

Stay Away from this Pipe!!! I bought it a few months ago and the seller is a head. The Pipe mounts need to be rewelded, the lord mounts are shot, and the water taps are all stripped and will need to be redrilled and taped. The seller posted this as NEW IN BOX when I bought it and the seller did not want to refund me at all. I had to wait three weeks to get my money back from PayPal and I didn't even get a full refund. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIPE!!!

The questionable seller notwithstanding, the Riva Type 4 gives pretty decent performance. I've ridden a few skis with that pipe and it hit great.
