any suggestion????????

so when i toke my ski out for the first time this year it ran like a bag, (would bog during acceleration) came home changed my fuel filter and went back out, still no better, changed plugs and caps, check compresion (compression is 150 in both cylinders) did a leak down test (maintains 15 psi) taken carb apart and reseal, found that inner screen was dirty, went back out to the lake and i still wont accelerate, it will start and idile ok but that all, i am not sure if electrical would cause this or not and of there is any other test i can do. I am gonna test resistance on all electrical component as per my manual says but any advise or opinion would be greatly appreciated, thanks

if it was bogging when your where excelerating it might be some kind of carb issue, like a leaky needle and seat or something, normal in my experience when electronic components fail they either work or don't work, but then again i don't know what kind of ski you have and their might be somekind of limiting system that has tripped
