I want to use them to strap my ski to my hitch hauler. Sick of using regular straps that rust and then the ratchet doesn't work halfway through the season. I've used the stainless ones as hood straps and they work awesome in salt water so they must do fine for rainwater.

I bought 4 Suncor ratchet straps about 5 years ago. 2 with the clip style hooks and 2 with S hooks. They are hands down the best ratchet straps ever.
