I had someone bring a 1990 SN hull down from MA to Daytona FreeRide 2 or 3 years ago that I bought from Ryan. I have been asking for a notorized bill of sale ever since and I am SICK of it. It's not like Congress has to sign off on it. I have given him the HIN # multiple times, my adress, phone #, etc.

I have done a ton of work on it, shortened & painted the hull and it would be nice to be able to ride it legally THIS YEAR!!

If anybody knows him, please ask him to get off his behind and get this done!

No, this is the hull that I shortened with the bottles under the tray.
Tigger is now painted to match this one. I'll have 2 matching orange SN's, one with a shortened RN pole other with the fixed steer hood I made. I painted them to match so I can swap hoods & poles between them if need be.

Dude just use the same numbers as your other hull.
It's not legal to geta notorized bill of sale without both people present at time of notary.

If I bought a titleable hull I'd sure want to get a title for it.

Well thanks for trying pal, but I don't remember asking for your worthless opnion on what to do.
My other hull has a state assigned HIN, it's 2 decals and can't be removed and GA does not issue titles.
A notary has to stamp saying that they saw the seller sign bill of sale as the seller. Since this is what he has promised to give me before the sale and for the 3 years after it, I don't think I'm 'crying' about it.
