Anyone dealt with tcfreeride.com?

I placed an order a few weeks back but they sent me a product that was not what I paid for (it appears they sent me the wrong size).

I emailed them yesterday so it's still early to see how they respond, but they haven't heard back yet.
I did a quick search here though and didn't find much on them.

Guess I learned my lesson. From now on I order from vendors on here

Update: looks like they got back to be and they are going to take care of me and get me the part I needed! So far great customer service!

I'm by no means knocking them, it could be an honest mistake (it could have even be the manufacturers error - it was a Watcon hood seal that showed up way shorter than advertised!)
