Anyone here own a reaper?

Hey guys! I'm interested in buying a used 2015 reaper, i think they look like the perfect ski for my style of riding. I've been researching them and found a fair amount of negative feedback in the inability to align motor/pump, to cracking and water logged trays from poor sealing. Anyone here have 1st hand feedback? Thank you!

I have ridden a couple and they are one of the most fun skis I have been on. Not sure on the build quality though. *Rather it was good or bad.

Thanks quinc! I'm a fixed steer surf rider. The reaper is the most gorgeous ski I've ever seen. I am also considering a v2x or a "the fix" from marc.

I have ridden a FiX a few times too and it is also a great ski. Very fun and surprisingly easy on your back. Felt like I could ride it all day in the surf without getting worn out. If you are at all worried about build quality go with the Fix.

Mines not really for sale now, she's getting a ET 967 and a 148 pump as soon as I get home from this work trip!

The build quality was good, the pump lined up pretty good, it just has equal shims under the back 2 bolts

I really like how the ski rides with a 701, we will see how it does with some power soon

Not sure how different the reaper bottom deck is compared to a 50cal/footrocket but my 50cal is awesome. It does what i want when i want. I really want to ride a reaper, if its at all close they should really charge

It's literally like a predator chopped down the middle and widened like 2 inches or somthing like that.

We have one in our group. I helped install the drive line. Its like any aftermarket build, you will have to tweak things a little. So far his ski is running great and no problems. Very fun ski in the surf

Yup he had it out yesterday with us. He's got a Dasa 950, 148 pump. His Reaper is a blast to ride..turns on dime, back flips, barrel rolls etc. Takes a little time learning how to get on the thing in deep water especially in the surf.
