Other Anyone in Clearwater/TAMPA ... borrow a seadoo ex wrench?

Hey, I just finished rebuilding an old seadoo rx. I'm looking to borrow a seadoo ex wrench. I could go buy one at sbt, but I figured I would just see if maybe someone local will let me borrow it for 20 minutes.

Its a 15 mm. I ground down a 15 open end wrench and it will would not fit. I do still have the carbs on, they are on so nice with new gaskets I do not want to take them off.

I rode the ski around 3 miles from the boat launch to my floating dock. The ski ran great. Took the seat off and I could see the pipe dripping water right under that bolt. So I need to get it tight, I guess I'll just head down to sbt and pick one up.

Yup, I have done that before, dealer from one city over even mailed it to me once. They wanted $68 for the wrench so I eventually bent up a $4 special.

I went to a local dealer, could not even find it. (4 stroke central)

I went to sbt, and bought the wrench (15mm). Got home and it would not fit. Guess what, I tried a 17 again and it fit. ha ha

So i loosened the other allen bolts, then tightened them all down evenly. I took it for a ride again, I am so happy with the way the engine is running. Its a rocket!

Then I hooked it up to the hose on the dock and it had a huge leak. I think the gasket broke in that spot from running it loose. I'm going to get a new gasket and try again.
