Anyone know which spring for an R&D mount and UMI pole?

UMI spring would be my guess, but I here a stock spring works decent w/ the R&D bracket too.

Neither work actually... UMI makes the pole stand straight up and the stock (unless what I haven't isn't stock) doesn't line up.

I know the UMI String will work with the R&D Bracket with a stock pole, dont see why a UMI Pole would not work. If the bracket has the spring holder tower, you have to cut part of the spring, if not you install it like normal, I ran this setup with an AC Pole, it was a bitch to install but worth it.

I guess I'll have to bend the spring some... I never did that so I guess all I have to do is heat it up or put it in a vise. I'll add it to my list of winter stuff to do with the ski. Thanks. :Banane35:

This is correct, if you bend it it will work. I have seen it happen.

The stock spring will also work and much better than the stock spring on a stock bracket.

I would run the stock spring and tighten the pole if I had that bracket.

I have this set up on my ski.
The stock spring is the one, just rotate it 180deg & cut off the extra inch (or not) have 3 skis in my crew with the R&D...all the same spring.

The UMI wont fit..
