SX/SXi/SXi Pro Anyone please help!!!

I can't ride my 1993 750sx with out shearing the wood ruf key. I rode it for the first time sheared it then replaced it again and sheared it in 4 minutes then put a new flywheel on it and sheared it again in 4 minutes can anyone help me out. How do i fix this problem all i want to do is ride my ski.

Either the mating surface on the crank and flywheel is screwed up from the previous sheared keys or your not getting the bolt tight enough. IIRC kawasaki 750's are 94ft/lbs.

Do you think it could have any thing to do with the crank not being true?
