I’ve thought about setting up a flatbed for hauling skis a few times over the years but never really found anything I liked before.

Anyone ever see anything like this before?

All I ever see is ugly azz flatbeds for duallies

I’m looking for something with a little more finesse.

I’ve seen a few over the years similar to the one I posted but they were custom one-offs for hauling gooseneck campers and fifth wheels.

I must apologize, I searched welding truck bed and found exactly what I had asked for. They are still for duallies but at least are not the big bulky aluminum or steel ones like I’m used to seeing.

T&J Custom Welding decks has some pretty sweet rigs.

Nothing that a 1/2 ton could haul around but still, some sweet rigs.

That's badass right there, especially on the old chassis. I don't think you ever posted pics of that build beyond when you first kicked it off.

I'm wanting to go the other way though. Single rear wheel, 1/2 ton, 2wd with a sport truck stance with body lines that match the truck.

It’s not finished yet. I always have atleast 3-4 rolling projects and we pick the closest one to being done for SEMA. These two made it to the finish line before the COE.

The fun you guys have in the name of advertising is unreal! :eek:o_O

We do have a lot of fun but it also does the job for marketing. We just need to actually sell some of the builds when they are done(we tend to keep everything). We have a new gelcoat product coming out so I have to come it with a cool build to showcase that this winter.

Well the last rig I built was pretty slick but I upgraded to a new truck and the bed is just too short to make the same design work again.

Nope. I'm talking about building a dedicated toy for days off.

I don't think there's enough frame on these things to even both thinking about a flatdeck. Plus, why ruin such a gorgeous truck!

I hear they are bringing the reg cab shortbed RAM RT back out in 2021 with a 707HP Hellcat engine so I'm looking at ordering one as a cab and chassis only. ;)

In Pearl white of course...
