I got the boat easily just past half way with no setup wake today, very odd feeling with 300+ pounds bearing down on you.......:scared: Seems like with a bit more practice and some tuning I could get 3/4.

Shawn, you should be able to pull this off with some practice for sure, 100% around.

Believe me, the lightweight can DEFINETLY be backflipped as is in the surf. But I'm not trying until I start rocking a hockey helmet ala Legdragger. I like my teeth too much.

Under it having nitemares of a 300 pound fiberglass fish pushing me to the bottom......If it was only 50 pounds ligher. Perhaps I can make it into a bigthrow backy, so it looks decent.

So how are your rolls coming around? Or have you given up on them?
We waited out at Jetty Island this afternoon just hoping for some decent cruizer wakes to try on, but they were going too fast or too slow. :bsflag:So I started trying something I had been thinking about for a while, thus the boat got over my head 3 times. Perhaps I should start drinking again and forget all this foolishness......:trink26:

haha no comment, that is awesome you are trying the backflip would be pretty impressive if a westcoaster was the first to do it. correct me but it has never been done right?
I'm sure its been done, but for some reason no one has any video of an old style x2 doing the dance........I offered my boat to Pete last year at Pismo, but it was a weekend of Kaos and mayhem, with booze. Doesn't really matter to me where and when it gets done, just so it happens and gets filmed.:Banane01:
