that's like saying there were 4 pintos running a race with 1 vette. the vette still won the race. granted the comparison isn't that drastic, but hasn't the polaris based motor one more events in the last 10 years then any?

Yamaha has been handicapped with the 62T based engine, almost 1100 cc is about the max you can build them, but hard to make big power when you get the cc's that big. No way to get the transfers big enough to feed it.
Don't worry... the corral is stirring and those pintos are growing up...

not to thread jack here, but have you compared the 66e setup to a polaris based? i can't wait to tear apart mine to compare to my polaris.
