Does anyone know the optimal temperature range for a B-pipe headpipe, chamber and the waterbox?

Factory Pipe instructions say close water screw (s) until water sizzles off chamber. If that were true any water found in hull would steam off pipe and create AF mixture problems. My head runs 140-150 deg but not knowing your squish that means nothing. I run my pipe hot enough to hold my hand on it for several seconds. Again not accurate info. Are you using temp stickers?
