Hey guys!
About 10 years ago I bought a crashed superjet. It had front end damage and I wasn’t even sure if the engine ran. Buuut, it was a superjet and I had to have it. So, I started rebuilding it, but... as you guessed it, life got in the way. This old girl has sat untouched in my garage for he last 8 years and it’s time to get her back in the water!

So, here I am!
I have a few questions to ask you guys before I continue.
1) the footholds are glasses in with 3 layers of biax. Is that enough?

2) how smooth should the glass be so my turf looks nice?
3) next step is pouring the 2 part foam. In the engine bay pic, what goes in the two large holes? Anything? If nothing goes there, how do I avoid expandable foam from coming through them.

Thanks guys!!
