Barrel Rolling

I have a 07' sxr and I am thinking about attempting a barrel roll. I can sub, 180 nose stand and do a fountain. I think a barrel roll is next. Any tips on how to get it to roll? Thanks.

as I tried my first barrel rolls on flatwater, I started with inverted submarines and than, when I felt the rotatio, i tried to pull my feet towars my ass.

lower the pole when you leave the water, faster rotation.

pretend you are trying to look under the boat.

jw, what are lifters? same as footholds?

lifters are foam blocks guled to the side of the tray to give your feet somthing to hold against when you lift up.

I have footholds in my superjet, but for big waves it`s enogh to use standart straps...
