is there Any body using home made balloon tires out there???
How they holding and is it worth it spending the time making them??

Yes definately. 20 years now same dolly.....made alu hub and rims and used old atv tyres and tubes on alu dolly frame.....can take pics. Just needs access to alu welder and a wee bit of lathe work to fit the roller bearings and seals...very smooth and life time use

Kind of small for soft sand. You want 10"+ width

link seemed to stop working. These are what my aqua cart has on them. Work mint. 18x9.5 @ $57 cant really beat that
