Hi I am starting to build a highroller customs light weight octane hull and wanted some input on what to use when putting the hull halfs together? 3m 5200? Thanks chris

3m Panel bond 08116... requires special gun to use the tubes

oem octanes used pliogrip ... I usually use that , but its pricy and you need a special gun. I wouldnt use 5200 to hold the hull together, use that to seal it.. epoxy should work.

Regular 5200 was used on my stunt hull and I have beat that hull to heck and back and it's holding up fine. Mcdog and I tried pliogrip on ncbrocks hull in a few places and most of it cured before we could get the halves together. I'm sure all of those other things recommended are great but if highroller can assemble my hull with 5200 and it's still together then it's fine because everything else he installed has already come apart.

you were not fast enough ,,, theres a cure time on the bottle slackers!!!
Yeah... We were also under the ridiculous assumption that the hull halves would actually fit together too.
