Best staples/ stapler to use for seat covers?

I just got a new seat cover and am wondering what the best combo to use would be? Any help is appreciated, staple length and so forth. Obviously I need something that won't rust, but any direction on guns and where to buy would be helpful.

Use stainless staples, an electric or pnuematic stapler is best, manual it harder to use.

be careful, some of the low end electric staplers will not have enough power to make it through tuff surfaces...

mine would not puncture the white plastic seat frame

I just recovered the seat on a ZXi. Like BK said, use the good stainless staples (they sell them at Lowe's) and get the electric or air stapler. I used a manual one & it sucked. I put my new cover on right over the old one.
You can get a sheet of marine grade vinyl off eBay.

porter cable makes a nice upholstery pneumatic one. it has done well for me on seats and chin pads and anything else i have tried
