Best way to attach items to hull

Need to attach some items to the hull. What the best way ?

1) MSD TL mounting plate. I probably gotta glue plate to hull. Thought plexus would be good but doesnt seem to be available in aus. Thinking maybe JB weld epoxy.

2) Got some of these hooks shown in attached pic. Not sure of the best way to attach.

Yeh west coast g flex.

1) Is that gonna be good for the MSD mount I assume ? Better then JB weld epoxy ?

2) For the hooks though i not sure best way still. Do i glue a nut to the null and bolt hook to nut. Do i just glue hook straight to hull. Not sure g flex would be best in this case or you got experience saying it is ? In pic below is an example of a bunch of hooks attached different ways it appears. Not sure what has been done there and not sure on the best method.

The thickened Gflex will work for both, its thickened and won't run/drip.

Fir those hooks use a UFO mount Gflexed to hull with some glass or carbon cloth over it.. I'll post a pic and link on UFO mounts

or if you have left over epoxy mix yours with cabosil to make it thick.

I have used jb weld for my ufo mounts that hold my gas tank and waterbox and it seemed to work just fine. I put 3 strips of 2" wide masking tape together, poked a hole in the middle for the bolt to go through (use a long bolt) and put that together with the tape touching only the top of the nut on the ufo mount. Mixed the epoxy and put it on the hull. Then I used the bolt to guide the mount down and the tape to mold the epoxy into a nice shape around the mount and hold everything in place while it dried.

Gflex or plexus might be stronger but jb weld has worked for me.

AJSP sells those ufo mounts locally.

I used JB weld with good surface prep. No worries.
