I have a 2 wheel bigfoot the tires go flat every 2-3 days should I just buy new tires or tubes? Or use tire slime/sealant?

First check the valve stem sometimes they fail. I would locate the leak first. The fix a flat stuff is a mess. Bucket of water, or squirt bottle with soap water and look for leak may be able to patch.
Not sure but $3.00 on a patch repair kit would be nice.

I would figure out if there are pin size holes in the tube or if the needles crap. If there's holes then patch it with something from a bike shop or similar. If its needles get new tubes

the tires are a bit dry rotted. Does the 2 wheel bigfoot use tubes? I thought it was a tubeless tire
and when I fill them up you cant hear any air coming out its a slow leak somewhere

I had a slow leak in one of mine. Same thing, dry rotted, cracks etc. They said they stuck some fix-a-flat in the bad tire and its been fine since. I didn't know where it was leaking. I was going to throw a tube in it, but the valve stem location threw me off.

Anyhow, its been great since then so I've just kept on rolling
