pretty sure on the sxi pro/sxr that bracket mounts using the 2 screws that hold down the stock plastic bilge strainer under the driveshaft carrier. the reason for the offset in the bracket is so the bilge pump misses the driveshaft. truly the best way is to just glue the bilge pump right to the bilge. just as effective and gives you location options. just my .02

I forgot about the siphon bilge bracket, I pulled the bracket out of my hull. I like the idea of gluing it directly to the bottom, but I have had issues with them coming off, no matter how well the surfaces are prepped. The only ski I have not has issues with is the SXI I used the bracket.

Thanks fellas.
These don't seem to be available in Australia.
With the UPS shipping charge being about as costly as the item itself I think I'll just prep the area and glue it down.

What about the bilge fitting itself?
This will require a hole saw I suppose so I only get one go at this.
Where's the best place mount one in the SXIPro hull?

Make sure you drill the hole high and not right on the rail like I did, It will let water in while your tied up at the docks. Another thing to think about is adding a pipe later, make sure you have room in mind for that. I would drill your hole close to the top corner of the waterbox just in front of it.
