I have a hole saw i use specifically for that purpose. I found it at the hardware store and I think it's made by Remington. Instead of teeth it has abrasive/grit bonded to the cutting perimeter.

I use a uni-bit and if needed a rasp on a drill if it needed to be opened up anymore.
Make sure the drill is going clock wise.....................

I use a ball-peen hammer.

A whole saw or just part of one?

:haha: i have read this thread before but its much funnier when intoxicated. would you use a 4 oz. or go all out with a 40 oz ball peen hammer? i used a jig saw for one side then decided that didnt do a very good job so i use a sawzall for the other. ill try the hammer method next for my pisser holes.

Thanks guys..... Glad you guys could confirm the fact that I don't know that much about my skis and working on them. I am definitely not afraid to admit that, and that's the "whole" story. HAHA
