I had some billet hull inserts made up for my shop. I use them for glossing in foot strap mounts, water box mounts, fuel tank mounts ect. I figured I'd share them on here because other people might find them useful.

They are billet aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. The inserts are setup to use a M6 bolt. The bolt bottoms out inside the insert so no worries of punching through your hull with these.

Install instructions:
Roughen up surface of hull and bond to hull using thickened resin or equivalent.

Here is an installed pic of the older generation inserts. The new inserts install the same way.

I only have installed pictures of the old generation. (See post #2)

This new generation are a little bit smaller and slightly different design. Same concept for installing them and they look pretty close once installed. The design change was made so they can be fit in more universal locations. The old generation were too big for some spots.
