Billybo455- no time to be selling stuff

I started messaging @Billybo455 23 March about his 800 Polaris engine he wanted to sell and I committed to buy it by the beginning of April. With Wave Daze just a few weeks away, I was trying to get him to give it to someone from Florida who was coming up to Virginia. He said he didn't know anyone going and didn't have time to get it to anyone, so I gave him some more money to ship it. On 3 April, I paid him for the engine via paypal. I had him ship it to Erik Brigham because I wanted Erik to do some work on it and Blake (Billybo) thought that was a good idea too because he had cases to ship to Erik. Well long part of the story short, engine kept not showing up and Blake wouldn't give me the tracking number to check it for myself. He went out of the country and said his parents would look into it. I think it was around 5 June that the engine finally got to Erik's shop. Engine looked ok.
Blake told me after the fact that the FedEx truck that all three of the packages were on rolled over and that's why it took so long... I never saw proof of this claim.
After looking the engine over, though, I asked him how I'm supposed to get cooling water into the block. Being sled cylinders, there is no cooling jacket from exhaust manifold to the cylinders- just big holes in the side of the block. He said 'oh, the adapters weren't in the box?'. No, they weren't. So he said he'd order the material and make me new ones. I also noticed my octane exhaust adapter did not line up with the exhaust ports on these cylinders and asked him about it. He said 'oh yeah, I had to do a lot of massaging to get the adapter to fit'. And he said he would send the one he had to me with the water fittings. After stalling again, he told me the parts were "in his car with him" to stop at the post office that day. Well week goes by, no parts, no response from him. By the time he finally answers me again, it was probably 10 days from when he said they were shipped. At this time he told me he was too busy so he gave the parts to his parents to ship. It's been over three weeks now with no parts. Over a month with an engine that just sits in the hull waiting for these key parts to arrive.
Now I mentioned communication- he would only answer to facebook messages. I tried calling and texting him, and he once mentioned that he saw my text, but still only facebook messaged me. And on top of that, he would "travel out of the country" to places like Bahrain, Kuwait, Malta, and such. And he would not answer me while he was away. After one long streak of no replies, he finally responded by saying he was upset about what I messaged him, so he didn't want to reply (I said I would post negative feedback). Another time he said if he doesn't know anything (shipping status) he's not going to answer me. All I want is a minimum of a confirmation that you saw my message and will try to figure it out! Just talk to me! And facebook messenger tells you how long ago someone was lost on, and he was always on it, but never answered.
He did offer to refund my money while I was still waiting for the engine, but I told him I still rather have the engine- please try to track it down!
Anyways, I am posting this because I have given up waiting and will have to figure this out on my own. I just want others to be forewarned that Blake does not have the time to be selling jet ski parts. He's obviously too busy to care about timely shipping or follow through when there are mistakes.
And if all these parts do eventually show up, I'll amend or delete this thread, as appropriate.

I didn't even read this. Every thing we originally agreed on he has and has had. He doesn't have something I tired to get him for free which was worth about 400. So a free piece 400 item on a steal of a 1000 motor. Can't please every Madonna.

Point was it took two months to get my engine and the effort and communication to make it better on your part was terrible.
I've made and modefied the parts you "sent" me and were "lost" again, so this transaction is done.
