there are lots to choose from. I would say you are looking at two different situation. Alot of people use d cut ones for freestyle and jumping. Where as chasing buoys, you might be better off with jet dynamics, riva groovy, watercross of texas, others out there too. It seems like riva groovy is most wanted. I have jet dynamics- carves turn well and I have no problem jumping with the short one. tends to porpoise a little depending on your weight. Rad dudes has a carbon fiber one with hull extensions on it if you are looking to race. not necessarilly good for jumping. you'll get alot of opinions. here is also ocean pro and R&D. good luck finding a riva groovy. they do pop up but go quickly. My two sense since I just researched for myself. BTW, I went with jet dynamics long to stay glued for carving turns, and i will use the short jet dynamics if I plan to be jumping.
